These are brand new made in the USA Bullets. These are all being listed as second due to one or more of the following potential blemishes:
From beginning of production run, Coloration (dull/tarnished), corncob cleaning media imbedded in hollow points, occasional lead-core deformation, or missing lead-core, mixed cannelure (some with / some without cannelure), lightly marked cannelure, hollow point profile (opening) variations. Our teams do their best to remove the most egregious offenders, but we still recommend hand sorting through your bullets. Due to this many of the bags will appear as factory firsts, and therefore an even more incredible deal. Limited quantities available.

Some of them have what looks like a wax coating stuck inside the hollow point holes. Besides this, dimensions and weight seem fine. They are factory seconds, so you get what you pay for sometimes.
I’m sure they’ll be fine for 25yd and less.
